Facility Rules and Policies
General Rules and Policies
Anyone with a fever, infection, open wound, rash, or any other contagious condition, should not swim.
To ensure the safety of yourself and others, pool users are expected to comply with all posted pool rules and all directions provided by aquatic center staff.
During Open Swim events, non-swimmers and children under 48 inches in height must have a parent or guardian in the water within arms reach at all times.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
The Northern Wasco County Aquatic Center reserves the right to cancel a class at any time due to an insufficient number of participants. Credits and/or refunds will be issued.
Classes may be combined in order to better accommodate participants.
Requests to drop or change classes must be made 48 hours in advance to receive credit towards future programs.
Credits or refunds will not be issued due to improper placement, illness, or absence.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
The Northern Wasco County Aquatic Center may close at staff's discretion for unsafe conditions at any time.
