Salary and Benefits

NWCPRD pays 100% of the Health, Vision and Dental insurance for full time employees, and participates in PERS. Healthy, happy staff are an important element of our success and we believe in work/life balance.

Application process
Complete an NWCPRD employment application. Download the application HERE.
Submit the NWCPRD employment application and any other required documents. There are two ways to submit your employment application documents (application, resume, cover letter, etc.):
Email digital copies of all required employment documents to admin@nwprd.org.
Drop off documents at the District office during regular business hours. The District office is located at 602 W 2nd Street in The Dalles, Oregon.
